The migration,
up close.
Two million animals, one river.
The Great Migration isn't a single event — it's a months-long movement of wildebeest and zebra circling between the Serengeti and the Mara, and the river crossings are the part everyone travels for. We place you in a camp positioned for the current phase of the movement, not a fixed address picked a year in advance, because the herd doesn't read a brochure.
Your guide reads the herd daily: where they're grazing, which crossing points are building pressure, when to wait and when to move. Some mornings that means an early, patient sit at a known crossing. Others, it means chasing a sighting reported over the radio network guides here all use.

Crossing day
An early start to position at a known crossing site, then the patient part: waiting, with your guide reading the herd's nerve.
